If you prefer to find your own materials here are the best places to get them:
- Basal body thermometer: your local pharmacy in the section with pregnancy tests and condoms
- Charting online: I recommend the Justisse charting app (since it speaks the same language as my training materials, pay by monthly donation to the Justisse College)
- Justisse Method Guidebook: get a digital copy through your access to the Justisse charting app, or buy your own on Amazon (make sure to buy an edition from an Amazon seller for around $15 – some people are trying to sell their used copies for very inflated prices so beware!)
